HOW TO USE THIS SECTION

The resources provided in this section are offered as examples of what could be used to support the development of great leadership and a positive culture.

It’s important to note that tools and templates like these are most beneficial when used to embed the behaviours that will deliver the desired culture and to reinforce the systems developed to prevent mental health injury.

Therefore, these tools should be used as part of an integrated approach, rather than as a ‘stand-alone’ activity or measure.

In providing these resources we are aiming to provide generic examples that will support the development of consistency across your industry.

To make best use of them:

  • Make them your own. These are shared documents and designed so you can download, edit and brand them for your own needs.

  • Many of these have been gathered and shared by companies in the industry. We thank contributors and have referenced them as appropriate. If you find you have an example you want to share, please send it through for the benefit of others.

NOTE

The content and external links in this section of The Framework have been generously provided by industry and other professionals working collaboratively to improve mental health.

It’s important to note that these resources were not part of the pilot program and were not used in The Integrated Approach. Rather, they provide a starting point for organisations who wish to find ways to reinforce the work they are doing strategically to build a preventative approach to mental health issues.

As you work on committed leadership, defining cultural aspirations and participation and involvement of your people, it’s important you assess these resources for relevance and fit in your own organisation.
